1. Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you use ED Treatment Spot(the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. The Site is educational only

This is the most important term here, so it is near the top rather than buried in capital letters at the bottom.

ED Treatment Spot publishes general health information. It is not medical advice, it does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed clinician who knows your history.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing any treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.

3. You must be 18 or over

The Site covers adult health topics and is intended for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

4. Using the Site

You may read, print and share our content for personal use.

You may not:

• republish substantial portions of our content commercially without written permission
• present our content as your own, or strip attribution from it
• scrape or harvest the Site by automated means in a way that burdens our infrastructure
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• use the Site to transmit malware, or for any unlawful purpose
• use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or bulk commercial messages

Quoting a short passage with a link back to the source page is always fine, and appreciated.

5. Our content

Except where stated otherwise, the text, design, layout and graphics on this Site belong to ED Treatment Spot and are protected by copyright. Trademarks and product names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and are used to identify those products, not to claim any association with them.

6. Accuracy

We put real effort into accuracy: we work from professional guidelines, FDA labelling and peer-reviewed literature, and we date every article so you can see when it was last checked.

Even so, we cannot warrant that everything on the Site is complete, current or error-free. Medicine changes, guidance is revised, and prices move. If you spot something wrong, please tell us.

7. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

The Site links to online clinics, medical practices and other third-party sites. Some of those links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up. This is disclosed on the pages where it applies and explained in our advertising disclosure.

We do not control third parties and we do not endorse or guarantee their services, pricing, availability or clinical standards. Any transaction or medical relationship you enter into with them is between you and them. Read their terms and check that any provider is licensed in your state.

Directory listings are informational. Inclusion is not an endorsement, we receive no payment for it, and we do not verify the clinical competence of any listed practice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information on it will produce any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ED Treatment Spot and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site — including any decision you make about your health based on what you read here.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ED Treatment Spot from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
