On the measure this page ranks by it is the joint most expensive of the twenty-two, at $114 a month, and that is where it appears in the table below — a ranking about affordability that put the priciest option first would not be worth reading.
But affordability is not only the size of the number, it is whether the number holds and whether you can stop it. On both, this one does better than most of the table above it. The $114 is a real recurring rate rather than a first-month teaser, so it does not climb on you at the second charge. There is no membership fee and no contract. Refills are opt-in rather than automatic — you are not enrolled in anything by default, which nobody else in this comparison offers. You can buy the pack outright and never start a plan at all. And if a clinician decides the treatment is not appropriate, you are refunded rather than charged for the privilege of being turned down.
So: the highest monthly figure here, attached to the fewest strings. If the monthly figure alone decides it, start at the top of the table — but read the column beside it first, because several of those cheaper numbers do not stay that way.

Six with nothing recurring at all
These are not missing from the ranking because they are expensive. They have no monthly plan to rank — you buy a pack, a visit or a prescription fill, and nothing renews. For a reader whose real worry is being signed up to something, that may matter more than the number in the table above.

The advertised price and the affordable price
Almost every pattern that makes a service look cheaper than it is turns up somewhere in this set. These are the four to check for on any page, including ones we have not reviewed.
The first-order price
Ro Sparks advertises $28 with a new-patient discount and charges $48 from the second month. Keeps prints a footnote saying whatever price you are looking at is a first-order discount, without saying what the second one is. The number to write down is always the renewal.
The plan you have to commit to
Provn's $41 a month requires a three-month commitment; month-to-month it is $59. Motivated's advertised free month requires a quarterly plan. A monthly-looking price is often a quarterly price divided by three.
The fee that is not medication
Hone Health charges $25 for medication and $25 for a membership you cannot decline, plus $65 for a lab test before anything is prescribed — so the first month is $115, not $50. CareFirst adds $19.95 of refrigerated shipping to every order.
The anchor price
MEDVi shows $114 against a $179 “retail” figure. CoreAge Rx shows $114 struck through from $175. A crossed-out number is a marketing device, not a saving — the only figure that matters is the one that will be charged.
Affordable and cheap are not the same question
This page ranks what leaves your account each month. If what you actually want to know is what a single dose costs — which is the fairer comparison when one $114 month is five doses and another is thirty — that ranking is on its own page, and it comes out in a noticeably different order.
Two things worth more than the monthly saving
Whether anyone asked about your heart medication. ED pills and nitrates together can drop your blood pressure to a dangerous level. Some of the cheapest pages in this set never raise it at all.
