There is no consultation — and that is the point

This is a pharmacy, not a telehealth service. There is no questionnaire, no video visit and no approval flow. You transfer an existing prescription, mail or fax it, or your prescriber sends it electronically.

So the clinical decision sits entirely with a doctor who has actually seen you. After a run of services where a two-minute form stands in for an examination, that is worth noticing rather than treating as an inconvenience.

The safety information is good, with two framing problems

The contraindication list is genuinely thorough — nitroglycerin, prior heart attack, prior stroke, high or low blood pressure, other heart disease, and chest pain during sex, which is a far more useful phrasing than “cardiovascular disease” for a man trying to work out whether it applies to him.

Two things we would change. First, the nitrate entry names the drug but never says what happens: the combination can drop blood pressure to a fatal level, and a warning that omits the consequence does much less work.

Second, “changes in vision” and “changes in hearing” appear in the ordinary side-effect list alongside heartburn and back pain. Sudden vision loss and sudden hearing loss are not in that category — they are emergencies, and the correct instruction is to stop the drug and seek care immediately. Listing them next to indigestion understates them.

What the page will not tell you

The strengths. The ordering flow asks you to pick a form and then a strength, but no strengths are shown. For a compounded product, where the whole point is a dose you cannot buy off the shelf, that is the missing number.

Any FDA statement. The page is entirely open about compounding — it is a compounding pharmacy — but never says what that means for oversight. It is an odd omission for an operation this well accredited, and it is the one thing a PCAB-accredited pharmacy should find easiest to state.

The cost, including the bit most pages hide

From $52.95, plus $19.95 per order for refrigerated shipping — disclosed on the page rather than appearing at checkout, which is more than several competitors manage.

Quantity is not stated, so a per-dose figure is not calculable. What is clear is that a compounded troche is a premium format: ordinary generic sildenafil tablets can be had for a dollar or two a dose. You would choose this because a prescriber wanted a specific strength or a buccal route, not to save money.

The bottom line
