It says no

We have audited eleven of these services. Every one of them will sell you something. This is the first that publishes a list of people it will not treat:

• Men taking nitrates or nitroglycerin
• Men with active and symptomatic heart disease, heart failure, or low blood pressure
• Men with kidney or liver disease, or Peyronie's disease
• Men with unexplained fainting or dizziness
• Anyone under 25 or 73 and over

This is the difference between disclosure and screening. Most of this category, at best, tells you about the nitrate interaction and lets you decide. Lemonaid treats it as a contraindication and declines the sale — which is what it is.

It asks for your blood pressure

The standing objection to buying ED medication online is that no website can examine you. We have made that point on nearly every page of this site: ED in a man over 50 is often the first visible sign of vascular disease, and a service that never checks your blood pressure cannot see any of it.

Lemonaid's intake requires a recent blood pressure reading, and a physical exam within the last five years. It is the only service in this comparison that asks for either.

That does not make it equivalent to seeing a doctor — you are supplying the number, not having it taken. But it is a meaningful step, and it is the difference between a questionnaire designed to qualify you and one designed to assess you. Why the cardiovascular link matters.

Every dose, published

Sildenafil at 25, 50 and 100 mg. Tadalafil at 5, 10 and 20 mg, plus daily tadalafil at 5 mg. Vardenafil at 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 mg. With onset times and duration for each.

Half the services we have audited will not tell you a single dose. This one publishes twelve, at the approved strengths, with no invented “extra-strength” tier above the label. If you want to have an informed conversation about what to ask for, this is the page to read first.

It is also unusually honest about limits, listing plainly what the pills cannot do: increase libido, increase desire, help every man with ED, or maintain an erection after ejaculation. That last one heads off a genuine and common misunderstanding.

Work it through: a year of occasional use might cost $25 plus a few dollars a dose. Several compounded competitors charge $114 every month. Daily tadalafil starts at $30 for the first shipment with cancellable monthly delivery after.

What we would want fixed

The three proprietary products. Alongside the generics, the page lists Ironwood Rx, Morning Wood Rx and Bliss Rx without stating what is in them or what their regulatory status is. If any of them is a compounded combination, that needs the same disclosure the rest of this category now routinely gives. As it stands they sit unexplained next to a very well-documented generic range.

Billing terms are one click away. A cancellation policy and a refund policy both exist, which is more than most manage — but on a page this thorough they could be stated outright.

The bottom line

If you are between 25 and 72, this is the service we would send you to. It publishes what it sells, asks for the one number that matters, and turns away the men who should not be taking these drugs. If you are older than 72, take this page to your own doctor instead — the information on it is worth reading either way.
