What we searched for, and did not find

We check every page against the same seven items. On this one, six of them return nothing.

No nitrate interaction. No four-hour erection warning. No side effects. No cardiac warning. No doses. No compounded or FDA statement. There is no Important Safety Information section, and no link to one.

That is not a page with gaps. That is a page with prices and a quiz.

“Edge” is the part that worries us most

Alongside sildenafil and tadalafil, MaxRx sells a product called Edge, described as a dual-ingredient dissolvable tablet at $42.99 — notably, the cheapest of its three options.

The page does not name the two ingredients. It does not give their doses. It does not say the product is compounded, and it carries no FDA statement.

We can infer the shape of it: there is no FDA-approved medicine combining two PDE5 inhibitors, so a dual-ingredient ED tablet is necessarily compounded, and every comparable product we have audited pairs sildenafil with tadalafil. But inference is not disclosure. You would be swallowing two prescription vasodilators without being told which, at what strength, or that no regulator has assessed the combination. What it does get right

Three things, and we would rather be accurate than sweeping.

The prices are published, with per-day equivalents — sildenafil $62.99 at about $2 a day, tadalafil $53.99 at about $1.79. That is more than several better-scoring services manage, and it is not a bait price with an invisible renewal.

A licensed provider reviews the quiz before anything is dispensed, and unlimited provider messaging is included. So there is a human in the loop, and a channel to ask the questions the page fails to answer.

It is LegitScript verified, which is a real credential and means it is not one of the counterfeit operations we warn readers about. That distinction matters: this is a legitimate business with a poorly written page, not a fake pharmacy. How to tell those apart.

Where it is registered

The page gives a city — Miami, Florida — and no street address, no pharmacy name and no licence number. Contrast that with the pharmacy in our comparison that publishes its street address, its state board licensure and its NCPDP number, all checkable in two minutes.

The bottom line

The medicine is probably fine — these are ordinary drugs from licensed US pharmacies with a provider reviewing the case. The page is the problem, and the fix is trivial: one paragraph of standard label information that every competitor has already published.

Until that appears, there is no reason to choose this over a service selling the same drugs, often cheaper, that also tells you what they do. Two in our comparison sell generic tadalafil for well under a dollar a dose with the full safety label attached.
