The dose problem is a safety problem

The page names four ingredients — sildenafil, tadalafil, PT-141 and oxytocin — and gives a quantity for none of them.

That is not a transparency quibble. A great many men over 50 already have generic sildenafil or tadalafil in a drawer. Without published doses there is no way to know whether taking this alongside what you already have would double your dose, and no way to judge whether the amount is conservative or aggressive.

PT-141, and why it sits oddly here

PT-141 is bremelanotide. It is FDA-approved — as Vyleesi, for premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder, given by autoinjector. It is not approved for men.

The pharmacology is the part worth pausing on: bremelanotide transiently raises blood pressure. Sildenafil and tadalafil lower it. Combining a pressor with two vasodilators in one tablet, with no doses published and no blood pressure warning, is difficult to justify on any clinical logic we can construct.

What it does get right

Two things, and they are real. The compounded and not-FDA-approved status is stated twice and prominently. And the testimonials carry a proper disclosure: those members “received free product and/or compensation” and “results have not been independently verified.” That is what FTC guidance asks for, and most of this market ignores it.

Read the disclaimer carefully

The footer states that Motivated “is not a healthcare provider”, offers “a technology platform”, “does not provide medical advice or care, nor does it supervise or control the physicians or pharmacists”, and that users “are not entering into a patient-provider relationship with Motivated.”

That structure is common and legally sound. It is also worth understanding what it means: the brand doing the marketing is explicitly not the party responsible for the clinical decision, the medicine, or the outcome.

The bottom line

$11.50 a dose for an undisclosed quantity of two stacked PDE5 inhibitors plus a peptide not approved for men, sold with no risk information at all. Generic sildenafil from a licensed pharmacy costs a fraction of this and arrives with a leaflet. Start there instead.
