The same seven checks for every service on this site, all read off its public page. The first matters most: ED medication taken with nitrates can cause a life-threatening drop in blood pressure, so a page that never mentions it is leaving out the one thing that could kill you.

  • Discloses the nitrate interaction: Yes

    The most thorough version we have found. It names nitrates and nitroglycerin, names poppers by their chemistry — “amyl nitrate or amyl nitrite, and butyl nitrate” — and separately names guanylate cyclase stimulators “such as riociguat (Adempas)”. Nobody else covers all three.

  • Warns about erections lasting over four hours: Yes

What a proper safety disclosure looks like

We have now read ten of these pages. Six of them would not mention nitrates at all. This one does something none of the others manage — it names every form of the interaction:

  • Nitrates, with nitroglycerin named as the example.
  • Poppers, by their actual chemistry — amyl nitrate, amyl nitrite, butyl nitrate — rather than assuming a reader connects the slang to the drug class.
  • Guanylate cyclase stimulators, naming riociguat (Adempas) specifically.

It then does the same for everything else: the four-hour rule with “get medical help right away”; a full side-effect list that reaches the serious ones — sudden vision loss, hearing loss, tinnitus; and a cardiac history prompt covering prior heart attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, low blood pressure, uncontrolled high blood pressure and alpha-blockers.

None of this is remarkable in itself. It is the standard label information for this drug class, which is exactly the point — it has been available to every company in this comparison the whole time.

It is selling approved medicine

The other structural difference: Rex MD dispenses FDA-approved branded and generic tablets. Sildenafil, tadalafil, and the branded versions. No compounded combinations, no stacked PDE5 inhibitors, no peptides.

That removes an entire layer of uncertainty. When a compounded product combines two drugs, no trial has established that the combination works better than one, and no regulator has verified that the tablet contains what the label says. Here, the medicine is the medicine — studied, approved and manufactured to a standard. Why that distinction matters.

It is also cheaper. Generic sildenafil and daily generic tadalafil both start from $2 per use, which is roughly what a pharmacy charges. Several compounded competitors cost $114 a month.

The two things it should fix

The doses are missing. Five products are priced and not one strength is stated. Sildenafil comes as 25, 50 and 100 mg, and which one you are prescribed is the single most important variable in whether it works. A page this careful about risk should not leave that out.

There are no billing terms. No subscription details, no auto-renewal disclosure, no cancellation process. Combined with a “save up to 95% off” headline, that is the pattern that usually means the first price is not the ongoing price. We could not confirm either way from this page, which is itself the problem.

One presentational note: branded Viagra at $96 per use appears alongside the $2 generic. They contain the same active ingredient at the same dose. If you are choosing between them, choose on price.
