Credit where it is due
We audited five of these products and this is the only page that reads as though a pharmacist was allowed to look at it before it went live.
The nitrate warning does the thing that actually protects people: it names the drug class, names the related pulmonary hypertension drugs, and explains the consequence — an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Every other service either omits nitrates entirely or mentions them without saying why it matters. A warning that does not explain the danger does not change behaviour.
There is a genuine Important Safety Information section, side effects broken out by ingredient, a full cardiac history prompt, and the compounded and not-FDA-approved status stated twice.
What is in it, and the dose problem
Four ingredients — sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine and oxytocin — across three strengths. The doses are published, which is how we can be specific about the concern.
The top tier contains sildenafil 110 mg with tadalafil 22 mg. Sildenafil's maximum single dose is 100 mg; tadalafil's is 20 mg. This exceeds both, simultaneously, in one chew. Stacking two drugs of the same class is not supported by any guideline, and doing it above each drug's individual ceiling compounds the predictable effects: lower blood pressure, higher risk of a prolonged erection.
Apomorphine has real history here — developed for ED and sold in Europe as Uprima — but it was never approved in the US, partly because of nausea and fainting. Oxytocin by this route has essentially no supporting evidence. So of four ingredients, two are doing the work and two are marketing.
The commercial side is the weak half
There is no price on the page. For a subscription product that is a deliberate choice, and it means you cannot compare cost without starting an intake and handing over health information first.
Cancellation terms are absent too. Given that billing disputes are the most common complaint in direct-to-consumer men's health, a page this careful about clinical risk being silent on commercial risk is a striking asymmetry.
The page also carries endorsements from well-known comedians. We could not find a disclosure of whether they were paid. FTC guidance expects material connections to be disclosed clearly, and BlueChew discloses everything else scrupulously, so the omission stands out.
The bottom line
Best-in-class on the thing that can hurt you, worst-in-class on the thing that can annoy you. If you want to understand what a stacked ED product involves, read this page even if you buy elsewhere. How stacked products work.
