The claim on the label

The page sells this as “the 3-in-1 ED treatment 3x stronger than generics”, with “up to 3x the power of generics”.

That is a specific, quantified potency claim, and it is not how any of this works. Sildenafil and tadalafil are the same drug class doing the same thing — blocking PDE5. Adding a second is not a second mechanism, and adding apomorphine adds a brain-level arousal pathway, not more blood flow. There is no trial establishing that this combination is three times as potent as a generic, and no guideline supports combining PDE5 inhibitors at all.

The claim is also unfalsifiable in a specific way: three times the strength of *which* generic, at *what* dose? The page does not publish its own doses, so there is no comparison a reader could check even in principle.

The doses are the missing number

Rugiet sells Ready in several strength tiers. The strength is the thing you are choosing between — and the page names three ingredients without a single quantity for any of them.

That matters more here than on a single-strength product. If you cannot see what Low contains and what Max contains, you cannot judge whether you are stepping from a cautious dose to an aggressive one. And if you already keep sildenafil or tadalafil at home, you cannot tell whether taking this alongside it would double you up.

For scale, one competitor's strongest tier reaches sildenafil 110 mg with tadalafil 22 mg — above the maximum single dose of both drugs. Another publishes 28 mg and 11 mg. That is the range this category spans, and Rugiet will not say where it sits. Why the dose is the number that matters.

What it gets right

Two things, and they are not small.

The compounding disclosure is correct and on the page: that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness or quality. Two services in our set never say this at all.

The side-effect list is genuinely candid — it includes drowsiness, nausea and blue-tinted vision, which are the unglamorous ones most pages quietly drop. A company willing to print “blurred or blue-tinted vision” next to a purchase button is not hiding the ordinary downside.

Which makes the gaps stranger rather than more forgivable. The company clearly has safety copy and is willing to use it.

The numbers used as proof

Note what none of these are: a response rate. They are satisfaction and preference figures, unsourced, of the kind produced by asking existing customers. The established figure for this drug class is that roughly two thirds of men respond adequately — a number that is genuinely useful and appears nowhere.

And no price

There is no price on the page, only a “buy 2 months of Ready, get the 3rd month free” offer. No cancellation terms either.

A multi-month offer with no stated price and no stated exit is the combination we would most want a reader to notice before starting an intake.

The bottom line

There is a decent service somewhere underneath this page — real physician review, honest side effects, the right FDA disclosure. But it is being sold on a strength claim that cannot be supported, priced invisibly, and dosed in secret. If you want a three-drug troche, the competitor that publishes its safety block in full and lets you opt in to refills is telling you more.
